This phase will begin upon final approval of the schematic design. The design development documents will include identification of structural, mechanical and electrical systems for preliminary pricing purposes. This phase includes the following:
• Plans, elevations, sections and other drawings as necessary to illustrate the final design of the buildings. These drawings will include unit mix and building data, code analysis sheets, building plans, roof plans, building elevations, wall sections and building details. Also included will be MEP narratives and preliminary structural drawings identifying the basic structural systems for the project.
• Material and color selections for exterior finishes.
• Presentations for review and approval of final design.
• Meetings and coordination with your development staff, civil engineer, and other consultants.
