The following phases are optional phases of the contract that the owner may exercise the right to add to the contract at the end of the Construction Document Phase. At any time the Owner may relinquish responsibility of VIVID  from these phases. Fees will only be assessed on an agreed percentage of work completed if responsibility has been relinquished during the process from the Owner after requesting a phase to be completed.
