This is where the owner requests that all work from the Construction Documents is managed by VIVID  . This includes payments and money disbursements to include contract liability between vendors and client. Essentially, O.D. would provide a single point of contact while handling the Construction Documents via outside vendors. This does not include the payments made to sub contractors used by O.D.
