If Requested Please see Below This includes submittal of the Construction Documents to include permit application to the municipality. Permit expenses are a pass thru expense. All fees associated with the permit process must be paid to either the building department or to VIVID  prior to submitting. VIVID  will not be responsible for the initial cost of review nor any permit fees associated with the project and will not submit until the fee obligation is met. 

After the plans have been agreed on by all parties any floor plan changes, height of building changes, exterior elevation changes, or anything similar would be considered additional fee and is further described under this heading. The Owner will be allotted Owner Revisions during the design development stage but anything after approval of floor plan additional services are assessed. Comments from the Municipality are included in our scope of work and are not considered additional service or applied to the Owner revisions. 

Programming will involve meetings and initial coordination between the design professional, due diligence for the project, coordination between the civil design and architectural footprint, as well as MEP Coordination. Meetings will include members of the design team, building department if required, as well as the owner/owners representative and or staff. If requested to travel outside the Atlanta Metropolitan area for a meeting, travel and expenses will be reimbursed as a pass thru item and agreed upon prior to release.
